i actually am well aware of "overactive sweating" aka hyperhydrosis...
i suffer from the disorder myself... it's an over stimulation of your T-3 nerve bracket which runs under your arms... it causes the sweat glands to perspire in excess...
there are many ways to handle the disorder, one of the easiest is a simple prescription deoderant called Drysol... it is very affordable; about 10$ w/out insurance... and it works like a charm... and i definitely don't ever stink!!!
i realize that everyone has different body chemistry, however... i don't understand how ANYONE can walk around smelling bad!
