Nevermind, he spun Ordinary Peple, I was refering to Ordinary people and not Drift on a dream, I made the connection between the 2 tracks because of the flyer and the song that went with it...

I LOVED hearing Run to me! & obviously Heartbeatz..it was only played twice...*which is actually a good thing.* even i get sick of hearing it 10 times a night. But ya Run to me or love of my life...and i REALLY don't remember Frolic playing Drift on a Dream and i was up front his entire set. OH! Dougal spun Paradise!!! that was awesome!

well its not like its the same exact mix or there are a lot of repeats...its like maybe one track that gets played 2x maybe once at the very beginnin and once later on......it doesn't happen all the time......its not that bad, i mean if you get to the party later or somethng you wouldn't even of known it....but also the djs don't really have a way of plannin that shit out.

Most DJ's of Hulla calibre don't plan their sets. They bring a bag of choonage, and play what feels right at the moment. Sometimes a track is played, and a DJ who's on later doesn't know it's already been played, so he'll repeat it. Other times they just don't care... like Heartbeats gets such a monster reaction that it's worth playing a couple times a night, just like Eyeopener was back in the day.

It's not for lack of music, it's for what feels good.

Heartbeats is overplayed....I used to like that song....now when I hear it more than once I just roll my eyes....its still a good song...but there are so many other wikkid tracks out there....theres gotta be more to choose from than the same song over and over again. Especially a few Hullas ago....playing Heartbeats 5 times....or You're Shinning like 7.

Well, that's pretty much it. I had no intention of playing heart beats at all, but at that moment it seemed to be the right thing to do.

The other thing is anthems need to be cained to become anthems. It's just power for the course. If heart beats got played once per hulla at 11pm originally no one would take much notice.
