Any or all of the above

NOT ROCK YOU SOFTLY

It should be Nothing Is Forever. But you'll all whine if it's not some irritating uberanthem.

Children of the Night, I guess. Make it something relevant, please, for the love of god, not some random cheese sing-a-long. Frolic's set should be all about the singalonging, not the last set.

Oh for pete's sake, if it's Children of the Night I'll cry. And not in a good way.

... except that the very next thing you'll hear is security telling you to get the hell out, which would rather spoil the ambiance.

We should be trying to make every party count

an "I'll go to the next one" kind of attitude shows that people take the scene too much for granted

or maybe that's just my excuse for going to every single party, lol

I've been going to Hulla for a little over a year now and I've loved every minute of it. I was used to the whole concert scene until I came here with a friend and now I don't know if I'd ever go back. Things at Hulla are so much different than anywhere else and I wish they weren't coming to an end but I guess it had to some time, and in it's place I'm sure something will come along for all of us to enjoy. Until then I think it's time to live it up at the remaining Hulla's. Hope to see everyone there.

Frolic always used to spin the last set at Hullas, like waaaay back, and he first got his following in Toronto spinning 7 or 8 am sets, so I think it would be appropriate that he ends the story himself.

You know that not a single person's going to leave beforehand.

I think it will be Heart of Gold as well.

Some old-timers remember the days when Hulla used to end at 10am. Let's hope we can go out in style, in a proper big venue.

I still can't believe I'm pleading for venue space and party length for a party that will happen next summer.

Some of your memories are deceiving you. My regular time slot at Hullas in the first few years was 5am. If you remember, the UK headliners always played at 2-4am, sandwhiched between the jungle sets and I would follow the 2nd jungle set. Never later than that. The only Hulla I've ever closed was the first Group Hug, because of the police I couldn't even show my face till after 4am.

Eyeopener

THE definitive anthem

This should close out the era that is Hullabaloo

Some of the other ones are touching, or full of memories, or classics... but Eyeopener personifies Hulla... upbeat, happy, uplifting, energetic, sing along but danceable but musically well constructed...

PERFECT

My vote is Eyeopener

I think this is prolly one of the worst things i've ever heard. I LOVE LOVE LOVE hulla so much.....hulla was the 1st rave i ever went too, and i mean it's sure not going to be my last, but it will forever be my fav. party in the entire world. I don't think anything will ever compare to a hulla. Frolic...thanks so much to u and u'rs for always putting 100% effort into everything u do for hulla's. It'll be sad to see hulla go, but it will forever live on in everone's hearts who ever attended.
(Congrats to u and Robin for the little one Frolic. Saw him @ the last hulla and what a cutie. Hope for the best for u two! ).
Well...i've said my 2 cent's...so i'll be going now....but see everyone @ every hulla untill the end!!!
*HUGZ* P.L.U.R all the way.

Luv ya'll alway's.... Jamie

Eyeopener isn't a closer though... it's one of those tracks that elevates a party to the highest level...

Heart of Gold, I Can't Stop Raving, Pacific Sun... those are closers.

Actually, Stay Here Forver, while being my preference as a song over HofG, doesn't make any sense. It's the last being that it's the last hulla.

Heart of Gold, no question and Frolic will spin last.

don't cry because its over, but smile because it happened

wow, I went through this entire thread! I can't believe Hulla's will be no more!

I've only been to two. iDance 2001 and Fires in The Sky. but both have probobly been the best nights of my life so far. As a lot of people have already said there's a magic at Hulla that you can experience no where else. Had I not gone to iDance 2001 as my second rave I would have probobly ended up in a whole other part of the scene. its what got me glued to happy hardcore. I've been partying for 3 years and a bit now and happy hardcore is still my first love. its still what gets me going and I still wear out my candy to parties whenever I can. I always say that I'm gonna try and go to the next one, or I'll be at the next one, I live in Ottawa and its not always as easy to get there because of school, money, ride, etc. (you all know the list) but I will definatly be trying my damned hardest to attend the last 4, if not the last one for sure. thanx for changing the date to July 9th (my cat's birthday, lol!) the date before that June 18th is my mom's birthday and I don't think I could have gotten out of it and going because of that. lol!

So when I make it to the last one I'll probobly be tearing up as well (being a sentimal suck) but I will definatly be leaving with a smile because I got to experience the magic that is Hullabaloo.

i went to one hulla.. enchanted, back last december.. and i have not wanted to go again, for the simple fact of that night in december, was so perfect.. and i didnt want to go screw hullas all up for myself.. i didnt want anything to go wrong to ruin my "hulla" image, in my mind.. so i havent gone.. but now, since they are coming to an end.. i know for sure i will make the last one. okidam and i will be there in july.. although i wonder what the little suprises will be, as in, what will be played last.. ect... i will eventually know, the night of.. lol.. and i am definately bringing a couple cameras... lol..

i think heart of gold.. thats what will close it out..

Hey Star2luv. I've been to 7 or 8 of the Hullas and I can tell you they only keep getting better. My first Hulla was incredible, but i didn't know anyone. Now when i go it's like visiting old friends.

wow, well i also just read this whole thread...im dumbstruck, im not gonna argue what the last track will be or anything like that but i'll remember the stories, good times, the people, the music. I owend the Happy2bhardcore's two years before i even knew what rave was?...how someone would go about doing that, i dont even know myslef hahha...im glad that i have been able to experience hullabaloo's before they disapeard. People will always say "remmeber that one time at hulla...." Good job frolic, you opened up the eyes of so many people, you should be so proud.

i sure as hell am excited for all the rest of the hulla's, especially the last one

(before the open your eyes lyrics), the crowd goes nuts. and they continue to go nuts throughout the lyrics.

so basically, i agree

and yes, that description of the dodidodido's was very necessary
