At least euro is happy.

I guess I have to jel my hair back,
put on some cologne and wear dress shoes
with an chest open shirt for this set

i hate plastikman. i'm talking about hardcore as in breakbeat, happy, upfront, rotterdam, gabber unless you consider it a subcategory of house, speedcore, breakcore, and whatever other assorted styles and subgenres (and yes, i consider jungle/drum n bass to be a subgenre of hardcore)

Maybe I'm the first to ask this, but I have no clue otherwise...

What exactly is euro? Is that some kinda regional term for trance? I'm from california, so I've never heard of it.

"is just that"? uhm... what?

you mean hardcore techno is just that: techno which is hardcore? that's what _I_ said.
you take techno and you give it a wildly hard driving bass kick and you speed it up and you have hardcore techno, just like you take punk and make it harder and faster and you have hardcore punk.

techno is a much broader term than you seem to realize..

i'll do my best but i am bad at genres. anyways imagine hhc vocals over a slightly slower housy kinda beat i guess. its really good. if you want a good example download culture beat - mr vain (2003 recall mix) that my favorite euro song. or i think frisky has a euro mix somewhere in the music section.

I think a euro set would be pretty cool. Even though I probably won't get a chance to go, it would be fun and exciting.

In the states its usually just called 'dance'. Stuff like Real McCoy got a lot of radio play in the 90's.

you sound like You've been reading that paki's electronic guide to music garbage yo jeez jungle/drum n bass is not a subcategory of hardcore.
Breakcore and raggacore are a subcategory of hardcore, but not dnb. dnb is jungle. You cant put dnb and speedcore in the same sentence yo/ haha
so yea just to clarify because breakcore artists are hardcore and they make hardcore and gabber. and You are putting that in the same category as dnb? lol they dont even mash up amens in dnb records anymore man. so techincally dnb is not even ragga! cuz only ragga producers mash their amens up like that. but i just had to quote You on this cuz, You shouldn't be saying dnb and breakcore are in the same scene yo.
i guess You don't even know much about breakcore huh
maybe You are thinking about ragga-jungle but that is old skool jungle not even the same thing at all yo.

I doubt it would ever happen but I know that everyone I'm going with (including myself) would freak out in a good way if it did.
