My tickets never arrived. I've emailed, and emailed, and emailed.. and private messaged. But still no reply. Where oh where have the frolic's gone!

Just a reply, all I ask, even if its an update. Please frolic's, please, reply!

How bout.. you have patience and not fill their mailbox repeatedly? Give them all the info they need (order id etc) and give them a chance to respond. If you are flooding them repeatedly in an annoying fashion you will probably be the last to get a response... not the first. Just an idea.. If your tickets are somehow missing they will set you up for will call. No worries if you've paid you'll get a ticket. There are other threads with answers!

I just looked in my packages-to-send notepad file and I see I wrote down your order # with your phone number, which meant I had a question that I had to call you about. But then I completely forgot I had someone to call. o_O And I didn't bother PMing you back since I was planning on calling you.

Hey I never got my ticket either, and I too have e-mailed and e-mailed with no response over 3 weeks now. I have a few more days left to file a dispute with paypal (45 days is coming up) to get my money back if no one replys to the e-mails, plus the e-mail that paypal has for contact infomation is invalid, all the mail get returned.

Robin i'm gonna PM you my order #, I hope you can figure this one out.

Thanks for your 2cents ASS! You'd think that an event promoter would check their e-mails and actually reply to them, AND would use a real e-mail address when it comes to a financial transaction. Obvously posting messages on a public message board so that everyone can see is the only was to get their attention. Mind your own and don't speak on their behalf

Hey, part of the reason I came back on the board was also because we were having ticket issues- and we didn't harrass anyone at all- till this week- I gave Robin the info on wed..but I'm leaving for a week of holidays soon and am getting nervous..that & I'm now being canvassed by scalpers

Diosnoche- I see you are up here in TO as well- it's fustrating since we live in the same city as the seller, isn't it? ( nice join date, btw- I was feelin' old-lol)

I asked them to switch all mine to Will-Call if it would make it easier. They'll probably do that anyway if there's not enough time to get them to the people who live far away.

also, you may want to ensure that you actually selected "mail tickets" and not "will-call"..
that's what I did, and hence why I never saw them actually show up!
