Wow, I hope you guys end up doing the pre meet at Nathan P Square! I'm flying in from south Louisiana with my fiancee and two friends and we were hoping to get a hotel around there (best deal for a flight+hotel looks like at the Cambridge, any comments?). I'd love to get to know some you guys through the board before then. It'll be our first hulla and first time out of the country.

haha canada isn't a big change from the states. except it's cleaner. and the people are nicer. and they allow frolic to live there when the states won't even let him in. but welcome to the Hulla family all the same!!!

Oh its DEFINITELY happening and its DEFINITELY happening at nathan phillips square. We really all just need to decide on a time! I mean we could do it at 3pm but we might get bored lol. Or we could do it at say 5pm...

anyways, everyone should voice their opinion on time.

Also, does anyone want me to pick up some "Hello, my name is: " stickers for the pre-meet and a marker too?

now the hard part for me is getting my entire gourp ready and there. a lot of them are going to be Hulla newbies (not that i'm far from) but getting 10 people ready and in one place might be a hard task to accomplish. but i'm gonna do my damndest to be there

hmmm what time do we need to be at the event to start lining up? I know at Zoolu and etc at the state palace here [ before it was shut down last year ] the line could be crazy.

8:30 SHOULD be okay to start lining up at? The line really does move pretty quick, however at most hullas when i get there there isn't too many people lined up, this time might be more!

Getting a large group of ravers to get something done on time/stay focused and not wonder off is almost near impossible, lol

They make you take off your shoes for contraband search. A hulla search is a HARDCORE search. The venue just wants to minimize liability.
