they could easily avoid having a drug problem altogether in either country by dealing with junkies and users with Singapore/Saudi Arabia style punishments and then the war on drugs would pretty much be over...

but yeah, drug are illegal. people that make drugs usually can't be counted on for proper quality control. the main reason e never appealed to me was because i always figured it was mostly laced with speed around here and it turns out i was probably right...
