where to stay n stuff
Hi everybody Im flying up to Toronto tomorrow from the L.A. area but have no clue abouts where to stay. I just dont want to lug around all my stuff ya know? I will leave here at 6:40 am and will arrive there at 7:15pm (big layover in Arizona). I want to get to the opera house asap. Any suggestions on fast cheap transportation and cheap place to stay??

There are lots of people staying at the Days Inn in downtown Toronto. Rooms are around $100 Canadian which is about $60 US. you can make a reservation through
http://www.dayshoteltoronto.ca A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost about $40 Canadian. Alternative you can take a GO Shuttle to the Subway for around $3.50 and the Subway will cost another $2.25 and that will take you close to the hotel (College St Exit). A Taxi to the Opera House from the Days Inn will cost about $10, or alternatively you can take the Subway to Queen street and take the street car east to Broadview and the opera house is a block away. Have a good trip! |
