well the MC (who i believe was Flipside) does a plug for the i-Dance rally and said the F-word in his serious manner towards it.
man it made me *l* and get out of bed but i wasnt sure if it was all in my head or real.

some of the headliners will be coming on right at 5. so i arrive early if u can.
as WIll has said they want a good turn out right away to make it for all the news shows going on live and why cousil is still in session i believe.

anywhoo i dont know the actual line up time.

nefarius wrote the beginning part of the song. i asked him about that part after the press conference and he said he didn't mean it literally. he meant that mel was shooting down black and brown culture and music. he thinks that the mayor only cares about the majority and not about the people that live in his part of town. that's why he makes reference to things like mel's policies not working for him and how mel should come to his neighbourhood, etc.

the song deals with a number of issues, not just the attack on rave culture. that's why the globe and mail reporter thought it was so groundbreaking.

the cds go on sale at numb tomorrow morning, then tomorrow night at the pre-party, then at the rally. we don't have many so if you want one, buy it early.

With all the propaganda about the pre-party, the CD, and all this other fund-raising IDance related hype, I'm just wondering if it will be possible to get some financial records made public after all is said and done, to ensure that all this money is really going where people think. Considering some of the other conflict-of-interest hypocracies, it might be a good idea to prove the nobility of this cause.
