I don't want to bring up n e bad memories...but even if you did get the dock...i have a feeling that some people wouldn't go...jsut cuz of the past that that place has...i love hulla but still i don't think i could step foot in the docks ever again

What about Palaise Royale?? Iunno if anyone suggested it. Yes its been used quite a bit lately but personally I think it's a kick ass venue!!!!!!!!! and I know theres only one big room and the downstairs, but hEy Purple Heaven and Nightmare made it werk!!!!! I'm sure hulla could!!! yih yih!!!

i thought i woud have a problem with going back to the docks...but then i went to Wintergalactic...i remembered everything from that hulla, but if you don't stress about everything "ie. this happened here, and then this happened...etc" and try to enjoy yourself it's not a problem

besides Hulla's have always been my little "escape from reality", hhc always manages to take me into another world, the docks wouldn't be a problem....

what about using Club NV?

what does system do on saturday nights?...limelight?

the venue situation in toronto is so sad....i think almost alll promoters have choose between going back to the smae three or four venues or risk a lot and try a new venue, obviously with the size of hullas it would be ridiculous to risk trying a new venue...

i thought the sky lounge was closed down?....

I can see the frustraion you are going through *hugz*
I think the Phoniex (sp?) is a good venue but I'm not sure if they are pro-raves?!?!
I understand u need sort nof a massive venue but if it has to be smaller, why not? This way you are almost gauranteed to sell out and the die hard will get their tickets first.
I agree that Palais Royal sucks, they can't even call the dungeon a '2nd room'. How 'bout just outside TO? Not necessarily Hamilton but up by Barrie, Aurora, New Market? I went to a party in and old Bingo hall and it worked.. i think in New market?!?!
It would be cool to be able to accomadate everyone but it looks like it won't happen if something doesn't give.

i like palais royal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sowwy i just had to share that. ok ive never had to actually spend more then the time it takes to go pee downstairs...so i havent actually experienced how bad the second room is. i like the dark hallway though!!!!

I've only been to one Hulla and I loved it. I want another. I'm sure Anabolic will be able to find something and if he can't, well, I try not to think about things like that.

Why the hell would u say this? It's these types of comments killing the scene... we have to keep it alive and we have to keep attrending to make it live.
When I start 4 yrs ago I never thought it would last this long... I got out of it and came back in and they are still here!
Raving can be a way of life and as long as people want to live like that it will continue... sure things will change and the media will pick up on it and then leave it alone again and it will be a fad then it will be uncool but the real ppl will still be here partying... it's your choice wether or not u care enough to help make parties happen

K but honestliE...someone that says that is messed....obviously ure not a true raver b/c true ravers NEVER think like that!! there's ALWAYS a way to have a partiE, there's always someone with enuf will and want to be able to organize a partiE...so take back whut u said b/c it wasnt Kool....**MR FROLIC**...id atlantis was still open to raves i'd say have it there, but since palais royale sux, i suggest the docks, even tho its kinda small and crampy.
