Well, once again...either canada or u.s--> CANT TAKE BLAME FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE! (i am talking about the MAJOR blackout effecting canada (ontario, quebec..etc) and some of the u.s (buffalo, new york etc..)

AND..the u.s is sayin oh, we cant be blamed for canada's poor electrical distributor and blah, blah, blah!
but *surprisingly* bush, is blamin the u.s for the problem, ....but, its ALWAYS someone elses fault..

thats my view and what i heard!
