That's right, my girlfriend and I will be traveling up north to attend the last hulla in July, and I was wondering if I can get some advice from locals or someone more experienced in these events. Like, what to expect, what is usually allowed in the venues (sealed bottled water, backpacks, etc) some good ideas on a hotel to stay at, some local attractions to take in (we'll be spending the weekend), or just other general knowledge that you would find useful as a newbie.

I've been a huge Happyhard fan for a long time now, and it's unfortunate that my first Hulla has to be the last as I've heard such wonderful things about the events, but we're both really excited to come and witness it all first hand!

i definatly recomend taking a stroll through kenzington market. thers a lot or great vintage stores and interesting little shops. a great pre-party activity. hope to see you both in july. have fun

Coming from Colorado... the scene here's been dead and buried for a while, It's going to be interesting to go to a proper event again :-D
