They usually close the whole balcony after all the alcohol has been cleared. At least that was my experience with past hulla's. I havn't been in a while so maybe that's changed. We used to have them at midnight. That seemed to work. Any later and the majority of the people are too drunk/fucked up to even remember about it. |
