Just came across this on my hard drive.



For Hulla #7, Electric Dreams. It was printed on foil, looked gorgeous.

Back in the day we often printed stickers pre-announcing our parties. This sticker was unique in that we were making a bold statement with our logo and not actually saying the word "hullabaloo", trusting that everyone would know what it was. The logo only made it's debut April of 1998 at Hulla #5 so we were pushing it hard.

I often speculated that Hulla at it's peak we could have promoted a party with that logo, a date, and nothing else and 3000+ people would have shown up.

The last sticker we printed was for Rhythm of Life (2001).

speaking of stickers, i have a box with a whole shitload of old rave flyers, stickers, and magnets from old events pre-2001..

that's more or less when I stopped collecting them..
I'm pretty sure I still have a whack of Modrobes, 1groove.com, Funky Boodah, and Metropolis Records stickers somewhere.. That's ontop of the small handful of Missing Peace stickers that are tucked away

Yeah... we did stickers for The Missing Peace, because then even if the party flopped, the legacy would live on, slowly fading on old record crates, subway windows, and Lord knows where else.

I still have an Industry sticker on my stereo. I'm impressed that it's lasted this long considering that my stereo refuses to work sometimes. I have a feeling the sticker may outlast the stereo.

i keep finding them in random places, i think i got them at at least 3 parties before that one happened and i kept taking them thinking, "oh i need an extra to save!" and now i have ELEVENTY-FUCKING-JILLION EXTRAS that have invaded everything i own
