L00king forward to WEMF
Well... the weekend for WEMF has been known for a while now.
I know all (or most) of us are looking forward to another weekend of killa music. Hmm... But what dj's will we be seeing ? Suggestions anyone... Some people I want to see... 1) DJ Spree *** 2) DJ Tilzs 3) DJ Hype 4) Sy & Demo 5) Robbie Long & Devestate Also... we are looking for people to be in the HappyTown tent circle for WEMF 2002... it's the best tent circle there ever was... anyone interested ? Let's keep our fingers crossed and our tents ready!!! Chrys

I don't think you'll ever see an American DJ booked at a hulla, or a hulla tent, atleast none of the big names, like Cloudskipper or Entropy...

I was visiting a friend in Wisconsin a while ago... She took me to the place she worked, which was some produce store. They had Mexican Jumping beans (disgusting, because they have little bugs in them that make them jump)... Anyway... we went into this store and the beans where in this glass case and they were jumping aroung everywhere... I yelled "Hey... those are cool beans!" ... said it ever since. There... I said it was a story... I don't think i said it was interesting chyrs |

aiight i gots a question about WEMF...
i wanted to go last year but didnt make it cause i was broke, so i decided that this year i would make it dead or alive. BUT when i think about tha fact that i would be spendin an entire weekend campin and sittin in a hot ass tent sketchy as all hell if its really worth it... so could sumone tell me... is tha thought of bein stuck in a lil tent all feelin like shizat as bad as i would think it is?

well dude last year was my first WEMF but for me anyway--- it kicked some serious raver azz ! i have never had a more connected experience az i did at the destiny main stage on saturday night i was just in this sea off people underneith the stars all of us moving as one to the most beauttifull sounds .. even now it brings tears to my eyes to remember what an amaizing experience it was for me
these summer festivals are really as good as it gets, raving in the winter in a city like the T-dot is a great way to keep your chi alive but WEMF , the OM festival and all the rest of the outdoor parties that happen when it's warm are the pinical of what it means to experience life as a human .. Go to WEMF you'll have a good time guaranteed , 4 sure ! well one thing i can say though is that du to my friend Erika and my mushroom eating habbits i didn't actually get there till sat so i missed alot of the comotion that seemed to piss everybody else off so much .. i think after about 30 hours of WEMF i was ready to go home anyway.. |

suggestion for those who go-
last year one booth sustained me for the entire weekend- get the fresh fruit! it was $5.00 for any 6 pieces of fruit-believe me i dropped about $40.00 there all weekend and didn't need much else.... |

as long as it isnt in Bobcageyeon or whatever the hell that place was called I knwo the Detroit crew will show up in full force.
Tilsz ROCKS live... i ahev seen him like 3 or 4 times. VERY good sets. Spree is great live also! Especially if ya get MC ADB with him too... WEMF this year nereds some gabber though I mean... damn... they have everything else really... but more gabber would be nice. Hardcore 4 life DetroitDougie |
